You will receive three separate accounts, one each from Hawkes Bay Eye, the anaesthetist and Royston Hospital.
Pre-operative consultations are charged separately. The surgical fee includes up to two post operative appointments.
As an affiliated provider, we deal directly with Southern Cross, on your behalf and payment will be made directly to us, under the terms of your insurance policy. If there is any shortfall we will send you an account.
Please Note: If you are not insured under Southern Cross, then you need to make direct contact with your insurance provider yourself for pre-approval of your procedure.

BLEPHAROPLASTY SURGERY
There is an initial consultation fee of $227.00.
Bilateral Upper Lid Blepharoplasty cost is $3,356 gst inclusive for procedure and after care.
Bilateral Lower Lid Blepharoplasty: (not usually covered by insurance) cost is $1,690 (if performed in conjunction with upper lids) gst inclusive for procedure and after care.
The cost for lower lid (only) blepharoplasties is $3,900 inclusive of gst.
NB: This procedure may be covered by your medical insurance (depending on your individual policy). Photographs and a visual field will be done here at the rooms to submit to your insurer. We have an affiliated provider contract for prior approval with Southern Cross.
